The expressway from Zhangye to Wenchuan is an important fast road connecting Zhangye City in Gansu Province and Wenchuan County in Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is also part of China's National Expressway Network from Beijing to Lhasa.

　　The Saierlong No. 1 Tunnel is located in Saierlong Township, Henan Mongolian Autonomous County, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. It is a separated dual carriageway tunnel, with the left line measuring 840 meters and the right line 793 meters. Construction of the tunnel began on May 24, 2022.

　　The geological conditions of the Saierlong No. 1 Tunnel are quite complex, with surrounding rocks prone to looseness and fragmentation, high soil moisture content, and high risks of collapse. To ensure project quality and construction safety, all participating units continuously optimized processes and methods, strictly controlled safety production, detailed safety measures, and completed the full line tunneling on schedule.

　　The LanHi LGM312C intelligent arch anchor integrated trolley adopts an engineering chassis and is equipped with a single anchor rod system. The entire machine features four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, and bidirectional driving functions, with a dual power system of diesel and electric, electric construction, and diesel emergency backup. With three-arm remote control, it meets the requirements for prefabricated arch frame installation, various step-by-step operations, and arch frame positioning adjustments. During arch frame installation, it can handle excavation and welding operations, demonstrating strong adaptability to tunnel conditions.

　　In the early morning of August 8, 2023, the left line of the Saierlong No. 1 Tunnel on the G0611 Zhangye to Wenchuan Expressway project was successfully completed. Subsequently, on September 14, the right line was also successfully completed, marking the completion of the dual-line construction of the tunnel.
