Midsummer is here, and the passion is like fire. On July 15, Lanhi Chengdu headquarters welcomed 11 intern engineers from Deyang Jiaotong University. Their arrival marked the official launch of Lanhi's second school-enterprise cooperative "field engineer" project. The project aims to deepen school-enterprise collaborative innovation, promote the precise training of Lanhi's new era outstanding engineers, and lay a solid foundation for the company to actively develop new quality productivity.

He emphasized that the development of Lanhi's "field engineer" internship and training is based on the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism of "dual-track parallel development and real-life talent training", focusing on future development, and cultivating "on-site" in front-line positions such as production, projects, management, and services. It is a composite high-quality engineering application talent with craftsman spirit, precise operation, knowledge of technology, good management, high collaboration, and strong innovation. Through the carefully designed "theoretical learning + on-site practice + on-the-job internship" links, it comprehensively strengthens the control of mechanical equipment manufacturing processes, covering key links such as drawing analysis, material processing, precision assembly, welding technology, electrical design, system integration, equipment debugging, and quality control. 　　In order to accurately evaluate the skills of interns, the training instructor will hold regular review exams to stimulate the spirit of learning and catching up among trainees, and list the assessment results as an important indicator of regularization qualifications.
