Recently, LanHi's 9th training session for arch (trolley) operators came to a successful conclusion at its Chengdu headquarters. After a 6-day targeted training on "intelligence, maintenance system, theoretical knowledge, and equipment operation" for arches, arch anchor trolleys, and multiple prefabricated arch construction methods, 21 students successfully passed the skill assessment and completed the course.

At the opening ceremony, Zhang Qiang, the director of LanHi's after-sales service department, warmly welcomed every student on behalf of the company. He emphasized that the LanHi Arch Frame Operator Training Course has been conducted for 9 consecutive sessions. The training adheres to the principle of comprehensively improving the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of operators, aiming to effectively solve the shortage of mechanical operators in the industry, rapidly improve the professional level of operators, and ensure that the high efficiency, standardization, and safety advantages of intelligent machinery can be fully utilized in construction. 03 Integration of theory and practice
Theoretical learning: This training will be conducted using an integrated teaching model of theory, practice, and examination. Theoretical learning covers the safe construction, structural principles, control systems, operating procedures, process techniques, maintenance, and troubleshooting of arch installation trolleys.
Practical application: The practical course deepens students' understanding and control of the equipment by simulating the basic operations of palm face erection, rock anchor drilling, and equipment. The training teacher teaches hands-on and face-to-face, striving to enable students to be proficient in both operation and simple maintenance, truly realizing the application of knowledge and integration.
Efficiency improvement through examination: The evaluation process includes theoretical closed book exams and one-on-one practical skills assessments. Only by passing both assessments can students graduate smoothly, ensuring that each student can move towards future work challenges with full confidence and solid skills.
Combining education with entertainment: In order to enhance the interactivity and fun of the training, we cleverly inserted prize winning quizzes and experience sharing sessions during the training process. The students were enthusiastic and actively participated in the interaction.
