The LG312K intelligent arch integrated trolley integrates multiple processes such as surveying and setting out, underexcavation operation, arch installation,mesh and connecting bar welding (optional), explosive charging, etc. It is capable of completing a one-time excavation and arch installation of the tunnel without moving the machine. The entire vehicle adopts an engineering chassis, diesel and electric dual power system, with a short wheelbase, small body, flexible maneuverability, and excellent traction, making it suitable for various complex tunnel pavement conditions. The boom adopts wireless remote control + manual control operation, making it easy to manage the boom􏚇s movements. This setup ensures safety, speed, high efficiency and energy saving.
