LanHi LCG312A Multi-functional arch trolley Assists in the Construction of Yinggong Tunnel on Linjin Expressway
The expressway from Lin'an to Jinhua in Zhejiang, abbreviated as Linjin Expressway, starts at the border of Zhejiang and Anhui, called Qianqiuguan, which is a major road connecting these two provinces. This road passes through Lin'an, Tonglu, Jiande, and finally reaches the Jiande section of Hangzhou Xinjing. This section of the road is 85.5 kilometers long, with a designed speed of 100 kilometers per hour. Once completed, it will greatly shorten the distance from central and western Zhejiang to Hangzhou, and also serve as a new passage for the northern Lixi region.
Because it is a highway built in mountainous areas, there are a total of 70 bridges and 30 tunnels on Linjin Expressway. Among them, Yinggong Tunnel is the longest mountain highway tunnel in Hangzhou. The tunnel on the right is 4412 meters long, and the one on the left is 4452 meters long, making it the longest tunnel on Linjin Expressway. Due to the long length of the tunnel passing through the mountain, ventilation, drainage, dust reduction, and other works are very difficult during construction.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of this project, Hangzhou Transportation made advance plans and supervised and guided the project team to develop scientific construction plans. At the same time, people working on Yinggong Tunnel actively responded to the call of Linjin Expressway and introduced some advanced mechanical equipment, such as double-arm rock drilling platform carts, waterproof board laying platform carts, and arch bridges. They have created a mechanized construction assembly line from excavation to support, improving construction efficiency.
The LanHi LCG312A multi-functional platform is a device that integrates functions such as steel arch installation, welding mesh and connecting bars, and excavation surface measurement. This equipment uses a car chassis, so it can move and relocate flexibly to deal with various situations, with high efficiency. Its three arms adopt remote control for the middle arm and local remote control for the side arms, enabling simultaneous operation. This not only reduces labor costs and construction risks but also achieves the standardization and industrialization of tunnel arch erection.
On January 17, 2022, an important part of Linjin Expressway—Yinggong Tunnel was successfully penetrated, marking the completion of the main line of Linjin Expressway.
LanHi LDG312A arch trolley assists in the construction of the Qingping Tunnel on the Sichuan Along-the-River Expressway
The Sichuan Along-the-River Expressway starts from Xinshi Town in Yibin City and extends to the Jinjiang Interchange of G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway on the east side of Panzhihua City. This route passes through four world-class hydroelectric stations and crosses several strong seismic fault zones. There are 219 bridges on the route, including 37 extra-large bridges, and 93 tunnels, including 35 particularly long tunnels.
The Qingping Tunnel No.1 is located in Qingping Yi Autonomous Township, Pingshan County, Yibin City, with a total length of 2616 meters, and is a two-way four-lane separated tunnel. The terrain and geological conditions of this tunnel are extremely complex. The rocks inside the tunnel are mainly carbonaceous mudstone and medium sandstone, with some coal seams interspersed. These rocks have poor cohesion, are thinly layered, and pose a high risk of gas control, making construction very difficult.
The Qingping Tunnel No.2 is also located in Qingping Yi Autonomous Township, Pingshan County, Yibin City, with a total length of 1634 meters, and is also a two-way four-lane separated tunnel. The terrain and geological conditions of this tunnel are similarly complex. The terrain at the entrance of the tunnel is extremely steep, with a slope of up to 80 degrees and a height difference of nearly 100 meters. The construction process requires traversing more than ten winding gravel roads from the provincial road to the construction site, with local slopes reaching 16% and a vertical rise of nearly 200 meters. The entrance road is very steep. The gravel soil at the entrance of the tunnel is loose, and the space of the construction platform at the entrance of the tunnel is extremely limited, making the site conditions very harsh. Inside the tunnel, there are mainly strongly weathered sandstone, karst filling material, and gravel soil, with many large karst caves and a daily water inflow of up to 13,000 cubic meters, posing high construction difficulty and safety risks.
The LanHi LDG312A intelligent arch frame integrated trolley adopts a lightweight design solution, with light weight and small size. The trolley integrates multiple processes such as measurement point setting, under-excavation operation, arch frame installation, welding mesh, and connection bars, and can complete the excavation and arch frame installation of a double-line tunnel at one go without moving the machine. The whole vehicle adopts an engineering chassis, diesel-electric dual-power system, bidirectional driving platform structure, good driving performance, and can adapt to various complex tunnel road conditions. The boom adopts wireless remote control operation, which is easy to accurately control the action of the mechanical arm and has the characteristics of fast, efficient, energy-saving, and safe.

LanHi LGM312H arch anchor trolley assists in the construction of the Gandershan Tunnel on the BaoYin High-Speed Railway
The BaoYin High-Speed Railway connects Baotou City in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with Yinchuan City in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. This is China's first high-speed railway connecting two autonomous regions of ethnic minorities. The railway stretches from Baotou Station to Yinchuan Station, with a total length of 519 kilometers and 13 stations, designed for a speed of 250 kilometers per hour.
The Gandershan Tunnel is the only tunnel project on the BaoYin High-Speed Railway and is one of the key projects in the entire project. It has a total length of 12,095 meters and is a double-line long tunnel, with a maximum burial depth of about 294.4 meters. This tunnel is constructed by China Railway Tenth Group Co., Ltd. The geology of Gandershan Mountain is complex, with varied terrain, including mountainous ravines and dense fault structures. The tunnel crosses 17 fault fracture zones, and the overall stability of the surrounding rock mass is poor. It is also close to the remains of the Qin and Han Great Wall. It must pass through lead mine goaf areas and a national-level Four-Unity Wood Nature Reserve, making construction highly risky and difficult.
The LanHi LGM312H intelligent arch anchor integrated trolley adopts an engineering chassis, equipped with a double anchor rod system. The whole machine has functions such as four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, two-way driving, diesel-electric dual-power system, electric construction, and diesel-driven emergency operation.
